Ampure Charging Systems, Inc. (“Ampure”, “we”, “us”) understands the importance of privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all our interactions with you, including when you visit our websites, including ampure.com, request or receive professional services, provide information for events, request information from us, apply for a job, or when you otherwise provide information to Ampure (collectively, the “Services”). Our Privacy Policy describes our collection of information during your interactions with our Services, and the rights and choices you have regarding your information.
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible from www.ampure.com.
Data Collection and Usage
We collect several different types of data for various purposes to provide and improve our Services to you. Ampure collects information, including “Personal Data,” through interactions with the Services. “Personal Data” is generally defined as any information that can reasonably identify an individual. The Personal Data we collect includes:
Contact Information. We collect contact information when you provide it to us at an event, via email, online form or through other means when using our Services. This includes:

RFID Usage Data: We may collect information on your usage of RFID, which is a unique identifier for each subscriber who registered for an EVNET Account for access to a charging station (“RFID Usage Data”). RFID Usage Data may be used as aggregate information to analyze averages, trends, and other anonymous patterns of usage of the RFID.
Use of Data
Ampure uses the collected data for various purposes, including to:
• Provide and maintain our Services
• Notify you about changes to our Services
• Allow you to participate in interactive features of our Services when you choose to do so
• Provide customer support
• Gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Services
• Monitor the usage of our Services
• Detect, prevent and address technical issues
• Provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information
• Facilitate internal business purposes
• Facilitate any other purposes disclosed at the time you provide your Personal Data or as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy
Payments
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Services. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
Communications
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in any email we send. Access by Ampure or their respective employees and consultants to any personal information you provide is limited to only information necessary to provide the business service offered and to allow employees or consultants to perform their duties.

To Our Services Providers and Vendors
We transfer all or a portion of your information to our service providers who help us deliver our products and Services to you and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. To Affiliates and For Business Transfers
We may share information, including your Personal Data and RFID Usage Data, with our parent, subsidiaries and affiliates. We also reserve the right to disclose and transfer all such information: (i) to a subsequent owner, co-owner, partner or operator of the Services or applicable database; or (ii) in connection with a merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of all or partial interests and/or assets or other corporate change, including, during the course of any due diligence process.
To Law Enforcement (where required by law)
Under certain circumstances, Ampure may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
Retention of Data
Ampure will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Transfer of Data
Ampure is located within the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Ampure will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Personal Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your Personal Data.

Behavioral Remarketing
Ampure uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Services. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Services.
Google Ads (AdWords)
Google Ads (AdWords) remarketing service is provided by Google Inc.
You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize the Google Display Network ads by visiting the Google Ads Settings page: http://www.google.com/settings/ads
Google also recommends installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on - https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout - for your web browser. Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on provides visitors with the ability to prevent their data from being collected and used by Google Analytics.
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager to gain insights from activities such as conversion events, file downloads, and page scroll depth.

Meta Pixel
We incorporate “pixels” provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. on our Website. This enables us to track user behavior after a user clicks on a Facebook ad and is redirected to our website. By doing so, we can assess the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and sometimes retarget certain users. Please note that the data collected through this process remains anonymous to us, meaning we do not have access to personal information of individual users. However, Facebook stores and processes this data. Therefore, we are providing you with this information based on our current understanding. It is important to be aware that Facebook may associate this information with your Facebook account and utilize it for its own promotional activities, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Usage Policy available here. You have the option to authorize Facebook and its partners to display advertisements on and off Facebook (see here). Additionally, a cookie may be stored on your computer for these purposes.
Retention of Data
Ampure will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Ampure will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.
Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Nevada Privacy Rights. Nevada residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of their Personal Information by, emailing us (see our contact information below) and including “NV Sale Opt Out Request” in the subject line. Please note we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request. Please note we do not “sell” data as defined by Nevada law.

The above rights are subject to our being able to reasonably verify your identity and authority to make these requests. These rights are also subject to various exclusions and exceptions under applicable laws.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve (12)-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
We do not support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
Notice of Financial Incentive
We may offer certain benefits in connection with the disclosure of Personal Information and data associated with their accounts. All benefits are free of charge.
When you participate in these perks and benefits, we will collect and keep the Personal information you provide, or that you’ve previously provided, including your date of birth, country, and email address, which are required.

Incentives. The benefits to accountholders are reasonably related to our good-faith estimate of the value provided to us by their Personal Information. The value of personal information to us varies by individual and is related to the value of the rewards and discounts provided to accountholders, minus the costs of providing those benefits.
How to Opt-in or Withdraw from Participation. You may withdraw from participation from any rewards or incentive program at any time by following the instructions provided upon enrollment.
